You pick a five, ten, or fifteen minute visit and a time that fits your evening. Before the call you tell Santa your child's name, age, top wishlist item, and one detail only your family would know. At call time you open your booking link in any browser — no app, no account — and Santa appears live from his study, asking your child how the hamster is doing. That pause before he chuckles? That is a real person, listening.

The app stores are full of "Video Call Santa" apps. They are simulations: a pre-recorded actor who cannot hear your child, looping the same clip for millions of families. New this season are AI Santas — clever, but your child is talking to a chatbot wearing a voice. A live call is different in the only way that matters: Santa responds to your child. He answers the question about the elves' bedtime. He knows the dog's name. He notices the missing front tooth.

What it costs

Live visits start at $24.95 for five minutes — about the price of one mall photo package, except Santa is looking at your child and saying their name. Ten and fifteen minute visits are available for bigger families and bigger wishlists. Every price is listed on our pricing page; there is a flat $2 booking fee and nothing hidden.
