Be Santa — From Your Favorite Chair
We put real Santas on live video calls with children who believe. No mall, no line, no food-court lighting — just you, the suit, and a child asking about the reindeer.
The work
Visits are live, two-way video calls — five to fifteen minutes each — taken from a quiet corner of your own home. Before every call you get a briefing card: the child's name, age, top wishlist item, a proud moment, and one family detail to work in. You choose your hours, and evenings are where the demand lives. Santas are hired as needed through December, paid per completed call, with peak-season bonuses.
What we look for
- Warmth first — the voice a shy four-year-old leans toward.
- Comfort improvising with kids, from skeptics to criers.
- A real beard, or an excellent one.
- A quiet, well-lit corner that can pass for Santa's study.
- Reliable internet and a camera-ready device.
The vetting
Every Santa passes a background check and a two-part audition: a conversation with us, then a mock visit run from a real briefing card. Families trust us with the biggest belief their children hold; we take the vetting as seriously as they do.
