When you book a call we collect the briefing details you choose to share about your child — name, age, wishlist, the things that make the visit feel real — along with your booking contact information. Payment is handled by Stripe through the Cheddify platform; card numbers never touch Talk With Santa.
How briefing details are used
Briefing details exist for one purpose: they are shared only with your Santa so the call can be personalized to your child. They are not sold, published, or used for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Like most sites, we use cookies and analytics services — Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how the site is used and to improve the service. These are provided via the Cheddify platform and covered by Cheddify's privacy policy.
The platform behind the visit
Talk With Santa operates on the Cheddify platform, which provides bookings, payments, and accounts. Cheddify's Privacy Policy is the governing policy for how platform data is handled.
